Honestly, I'm not crazy about it. However, the price I was charged for it was absolutely amazing. After seeing just how big of a discount I got, I wish I'd bought several of them.

I still like the sandstorm and gray combo better, but the desert sand was a major bargain. I paid almost a hundred bucks more for that sandstorm. Then again, the all desert mil overrun was picked up in the first hour of the show, so I got an additional 15% discount.

MM - sweet knives....whats the tan knife in the 3rd pic under the 2 black handled bird dogs? Is in a dumpster mutt?

I haven't been to a show yet. I was so excited when Jerry was considering Easton PA, (130 away from me) however it was cancelled.

Yep, that's a dumpster mutt. I wasn't really sold on the DM design, but it does feel really good in hand. If I didn't already have a bunch of stuff around that size, I might have tried to score a second for myself. I definitely prefer the S5, although the thickness of the DM would make it a heck of a prybar.

Yeah, that sucks...maybe he will have a show nearby there soon. How far are you from Columbus? That M Guy will be set up there tomorrow and Sunday. I hear they have a nice little set up there with some sweet knives there.

That show looked like a great show, much better than the last 2 blade shows I went to in atlanta. Blade west had so much more combat grade knives. blade atlanta looks like its geared towards the big money hogs that can buy satin busse's all day long.

Its a 9 hour drive for me.

Yeah blade atlanta this year had tons and tons of gorgeous custom shop stuff....


That stayed on the table all weekend because no one could afford it.

9 hour drive, you should check out knob creek, it should be closer to you since your in PA. I went in april and its much better than blade in atl, much more combat grade stuff and older stuff you don't see anymore.

Blade West had a great selection I wish I had saved more. Any Busse to fill your needs. A CG mecca! hope its the same next year.
