Springfields aren't too bad. My buddy has a couple. They seem to be pretty accurate.

I have a few buddies that got them just because they werent Glocks. Wanted to be different.
They really like them. They are nice shooting guns.

All my Glock ever did was make me want to throw in in the river. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />

i like the grip safety, the fully cocked striker, and the parallel lines. no preference on the rifling.

It wouldn't touch anything beyond 15 meters. That's when I traded up to a Sig. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

There is definitely a learning curve to them.
Mine are all as accurate as any other gun in my hands. I can stay right with all of my buddies too, and they shoot quite a mix of guns.
I hand em off to people and they are all over the place, some pick them up and are better than me. Crazy.
What model did you have?

With the 35, I can get a 2.5 to 3 inch group or so at 15 meters pretty consistently.
I'm not going to win any accuracy competitions any time soon, but it is good enough for me.
My Glock 20 is my deer hunting gun.
