I have been doing a lot of reading on this model. It's a FN Barracuda. If guys spot one for sell then let me know. But not the $2,000 ones out there for suckers. Should be able to find one for around $300.

didnt want any external safeties either... I thought I wanted to have the safety with my FNP. I wired and go the FNP45. I'd rather no have it now. I think when I'm ready to buy the nine I will look for one without the safety.

Very popular. Some people like it because its between .45 and 9mm. I believe a lot of Law Inforcement etc switched to .40

Whats funny is that here in Canada you can't shoot a pistol anywhere but an approved range. And you need a transport permit to take it back and forth
