There's all kinds of laws as well. You can have it but it must be unloaded or his or that. I once got pulled over and had a empty magazine that was left on the back seat. The officer asked me where the gun was and i said right beside me. He said let me see it so I handed it to him.
O: Is it loaded?
L: Mag is but nothing is in the chamber?
O: Why not?
L: Not that critical for me....
O: Probably should keep one in there. Have a good day sir.
