long story short on that keyboard:
i had it for about six years on my desk/workbench/kitchen table. I ate over it, i worked on greasy engine aprts over it, the cat slept near it (he sheds). It got dustier and dustier, greasy from grilled cheese and fried chicken, and got to the point where i had to remove some of the keys because of all the crumbs underneath them prevented them from being pressed. No no other fluids other than beer, coffee, hot chocolate were spiled onto it.......
finally it died. It is now resting amongst the many other old keyboards and electronics.
