I want a Kukri, but I don't have anyone around here to try one out. The only ones I have seen are the cheap Indian imports or old ones that are coming apart. i wish i was here sooner. i woulda sent him straight to yangdu at himalayan imports. they have a couple beauties listed today, well under $100.

YCS, or Yvsa Cherokee Special. It's built by the himalayan imports kamis but the design came from a native american cherokee named Yvsa. he sent them a wooden model and they make one every so often.
