I dont have an issue shooting the 40, but I ususally shoot it out of my 35, and that really cushions the snap.

I prefer it to my 17

Here's a used glock 27 at a local shop for $400 out the door. I want to haggle with he guy just to see what I could get it for. But I kind of don't want it. I'd have to buy handle extenders just to feel like I could shoot it.

The 19 and 26 are pretty darn close. I would have used an extension on the 26 so I figured might as well get the 19.

Recently, I have wanted to stick a threaded barrel and a screw on comp on it and see how it'd shoot.

Thats a good buy. I like 9mm because its cheap. Also, with good ammo it has plenty of punch.

Thing about Glocks, even though they are the gangsters evil black media child gun of choice, even though they are not particularly comfortable to hold, even though they have not really changed for a few decades....they work. They work every time, they are [censored] near rust proof, and they will eat anything without worry (sans lead bullets..)

Really, I don't have too many things on my "list" its just the ones I have all have 500+ dollar price tags.

Get the +1 Glock mag extension. Really helps.


Frankly though, with a carry gun, comfort in the hand is at the very, very bottom of the list for me. If it is stone cold reliable and can be shot well and carried easily...then its a winner.

Ya, your right, ease of carry is about ease of carry.

I just like to shoot whatever I carry alot. That is why I hate my AirWeight.

I'm tempted to show up with $360 cash and see if I can get it for $380. But... I just want it to stick hi cap magazines in it. If it was a 26 I think I would bite.

Oh... And I felt a Glock with the Hogue grips. Huge difference! If I owned a Glock it would be a must have.
