Can't bring myself to sell it though because it does have its niche.

Those Hogue grips are comfy. I'd like to shoot one with a CCR frame.

A guy from our church does the IPSC bit with a 34. He says he might not be quite as cool as the other guys and at a speed disadvantage. But...his guns work and he isn't always fussing with them!

Join the Glock Sport Shooting Foundation for $35 and you can buy one brand new Glock a year for ~$399. Link: http://www.gssfonline.com/.

That's what I did when I recently bought my 17. If you take the Glock Armorer course you get to buy 2 more. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

(sans lead bullets..)

Which can be fixed with a 130 buck barrel.

You nailed it, uber reliable.

I have a 9mm conversion barrel from Lone Wolf for my 35.

I did not change out the extractor or other stuff because they said I didnt really have to unless I wanted 100% reliability, and since it is just a range toy, I didnt really care.

What I didnt anticipate was about 70-75% reliability rate, and a tripled group size, even with the weaker 9mm round.

I even sent it back to see if it was defective and the emailed me a photo of a 5 round group the size of a quarter or so and said it worked fine for them.

Oh well.

I really kind of want a long slide 10mm, but I am a bit leary of it now. That, and that stupid looking mentally handicapped coyote they have as their logo...

In a FNH fan at this point. If they make a compact FNP I'm pretty sure I'm buying it.

That would way be worth it, I wonder if you can the 34 too?

Actually, taking the armorers course would be a real plus. I hope to become a certified CHL instructor for Texas next year.

don't have enough experience with drums to give advice there. Best bet is to try a lot of mic placements. If you don't have a boom mic stand nows gonna be the time to snag one. I'd probably try the mic (ls10) over the drummers head just to try to capture what the drummer is hearing.

Are you recording stereo track with the LS10 and do you have a long cable (15'-20')?
