Oh, everyone needs to get a set of Captains of Crush hand grippers. They simply are the best I have ever handled. I keep the trainer model in my truck. Guitar guys jump all over these... i've seen em around. i prefer flat out practice. i also lift daily so my grip gets plenty of work anyway.
