yeah they were (are) nice knives. Had another guy in the aleutians that couldn't sharpen for squat, I sharpened his work knife for him for 6 months and just before he left he gave me a a winter (insulated) pilots flight suit!

Nah, we he got out about a year later an never heard from either one of them again. But I still keep in touch with the LtC. I worked for in Japan. He was a GOOD guy, not one of those look at me stuffed shirts.

I like kydes for some applications, but my first love in sheaths is leather. IF I can get a Regulator when they come out I want to get a dangler made for it so it will move with you after you tie it down.
