Change of subject. As I have said I got my wife a Canon XS camera for christmas. Also got her the EF 70-300 III lens.(not all that great a lens, but oh well, only $100.00). Looking for her a Canon ef 28-135 IS USM which I think she would find VERY useful.
Anyway, EVO if you read this, she checked out a lot of photography sites and seattled on YOURS as the one she likes the best. I didn't now this until today I was telling her about this guy on the site that is a Pro and we compaired notes and she already has your site saved to her favorites and looks at it quite a bit.
You have given her a lot of good info, now I know where she is getting all her Photography Knowledge. WAY TO GO EVO, AND THANKS!

Oh, I should add that I had glanced at the screen while she was reading your stuff before, and I even commented that I had seen SOME of those pics before, but in my old age never put two and two together.

Somewhere earlier I had posted a pic of a buck knife. It was the wrong one. Right now my favorite small fixed blade is a buck diamondback guide. It's got a blade 3 1/8 inch long and a MAYBE 3 1/2 inch handle. don't really know why but it just feels right to me. IF ONLY it had a blade that had a 3 1/4 cutting edge and about 3 1/2 overall. I know this is different from what I have stated in earlier posts, but for some reason I just really like that blade shape and size. OR, maybe it's just the handle because it feels comfortable even though it is a bit small. OK, I really am outta here for now this time. Ya'll have a nice day Ya hear.
