Never heard of them before, but it's in the area of where I'm going. I don't need one, but I have a friend who came back from Iraq a couple years ago who had one of his legs nearly blown off. It might, they make stuff, can't remember the name, its almost like waterproofing clay sheeting that gets used for most below grade waterproofing, but we don't have many basements here, I'd probally do that, then a cementicious system on the inside
