might be true recon but itd be cheaper and he can get them now, i guess it really depends on how quickly he wants them.
i stay away from that place as often as i can.
the reality is that sometimes last min. things come up and theyre the only ones open There are like 3 harbor freight retail stores down here

Now i just need to see how many belts and what types i should get from lee valley...i have no idea what belts i should get to start out...

I just ordered from Lee, I got the leather, the 15 micron and 3 or 4 sanding belts in various grits

Is it strange that I'm thinking about going to walmart, buying some cheap knives, just to work on them with my new belt sander? Wal-mart has enough money. Harbor Freight sells a $10.00 stainless steel hollow handled survival knife perfect for testing a sander on. It's actually fair steel for the price. Great for sanding practice. Wal-mart is evil. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> Harbor freight is where I got my belt sander, I'll have to stop back in and see if they have those knives in the store Which one did you get? I have a coupon for like 35% off something there

Plus one on the belts. What is really needed. Wish there was a place local to me for belts because I would have already got them.
