I was just mentioning the HF knife since the Wal-marts around me all want at least 20% more for their junk knives than you would pay online even with shipping. I just can't bring myself to go in that place again.

Whatever you do, don't put your HF 1x30 sander into a non-climate controlled storage in the winter with a belt still on it. I nearly ruined mine.

A few each of the 120's, 220's and a leather or two.
That's all I've been using on all of my blades and each one pops hair.
I generally save the 120's just for the new blades to add a convex to the cutting edges.

Harbor freight sells 120 grits for lke 79 cents a piece, anything else needs to be ordered from somewhere else
