I'm pretty happy with mine. I would like a slightly larger loop but not the giant WWG loop. The one company that made one I liked either went under or stopped making them before I could get one.

I think I know the loop you are talking about. I heard they are way behind in production and quite taking orders. The Marlin loop is not as large as the WWG. I heard that the Marlin boys will be selling the loop levers soon too.

Well, Marlin is supposed to be releasing some of the laminated pg stock sets too.

I know guys on Marlinowners boards look at swapping wood and levers some time. Could go that route.

i am beat. art show today, stood around for eleven hours in my dress shoes. the bursitis in my knees didn't like that but i had a good time and i love the venue. gonna arrange a concert there, for sure. one of my pieces went for more than double my reserve price, which pleased me. got to catch up with an old friend, lots of smiles. great time.

Sounds like a really good day. I don't think anyone would want to pay for anything I created. Apparently artistic talent skips a generation in my family.

you just may have an unconventional talent. some of the stuff there wasn't artistic at all (in my cynical opinion) but it sold just the same.

you may come up with something that no one will admire until a hundred years after you're dead, but then it changes the world.
