One thing you can do is when you find a place that meets your standards. Call the local PD and see if they will do a check for calls for service in the area. That way you get an idea of any problems and don't have to live next to the neighbor from the black lagoon.

Wow... I've been having a few "don't don't count your chickens" moments this month. Last monh really sucked but things started to look up a couple weeks ago. My part is good but if I had gotten ahead of myself I would really be in a crunch right now. I think that after these last couple weeks my goul is now to be completly squared away by June. But yup... Had a ruff 1st month but I think things are looking up. I don't see snagging as many knives or other gear this year but I hope to get in line for the biggies. You know.. House and all that comes with it.

good luck on the house, I am paying for post secondary education for both of my daughters so knives are way down my list of priorities.

I hear you... As much as we can appreciate a sweet blade it's just icing on the cake when everything else is order. I had to really buckle in to not go for the BWM and some other stuff. I doubt I will miss it in six months but man it's still bugging me a little today.
