Oh and it's good that you did learn how to do it in the quick reply. I seems to be easier for me to just type the stuff in than to go through all of those menus and pop ups.

lazi, I think one thing wrong was that our computer was blocking scripting and I had to click a box to allow it and I didn't realize that I had to do it. When I clicked on allow, the drop down boxes came up and awaaayyy we go.

Yup, sometimes shortcuts aren't all that short! (specially if you don't know how to do them)!
