I used to fish a fair bit but other then ice fishing and lake fishing a couple of times a year I pretty much quit.
I do love hunting though

I try to use cast iron when car camping.
I had a dutch oven that was in my wife's family for over 90 years.
About 4 years ago while a bunch of us were camping my brother in laws ex wife put cold water in it while it was on the fire.
That ended that

Fishing is good, but I get more from hunting.I don't mean meat either.

When I used to fish it was mostly day trips.

yah it was hard on her because her dad had passed away about 1 1/2 years earlier
