thanks for the links, my local military surplus store carries a bunch of used leather and new nylon holsters, I'll see if they're ok with me bringing in my unloaded handgun to try some on. it is legal to unload open carry here but not not the best idea. Yeah,if a cop sees you carring,he's going to hassle you regardless.Just doing his job but not worth hassle.

Hey, I know there are some guitar guys on here...And i could use some advice. I'm a little bored with my drum set and am thinking of getting a guitar and amp to play around with...I don't want to spend a ton but I want something decent. The two brands I'm current;y looking at are Ibanez and ESP - Any thoughts? Recommendations? I will play primarily rock/metal and am looking for a solid body guitar...Lets say under $400 for the guitar and under $300 for the amp...If possible.
Appreciate any help.

haha yea i just open carry ... and unload before i go in .... its legal here and pretty safe even to walk around with a knife on your belt... i probably wouldnt do it a town over...
and no cops every hastled me over it.... i have gotten some odd looks now and then... but its my privlage to do it here. and im a card carrying ccw as well. if its legal and its a surplus shop that says its ok then go for it.
our main laws with firearms re transport. if you get stopped and you got it in your seat youll be in trouble , in your trunk in a case , na not so much ,if you walk into most stores with a pistol or gun case ... no biggie
you have to get a ccw to have a gun ride in the cabin with you. and even then its kinda a run around over it if you are stopped... they disarm you , and call it in for back up , and then drop it in your trunk or on the back of your truck... mainly cause no one has set up any precedures for it ... so they tend to be very disrespectful... my brother had to redo the finsh on 2 of his pistols cause of that.
