I found that if you hold the handle at a certain spot, and rap the blade with a knuckle.. the blades sing to you.. If we got a bunch of Dog Fathers together.. maybe get Magnum22 as lead singer, diceman for bass, tedwca's recording equipment.. we could form a ScrapYard Musical Blades Band! yeah.. so i was bored today..

I found that if you hold the handle at a certain spot, and rap the blade with a knuckle.. the blades sing to you.. Crank up the volume.. sorry bout crappy vid quality. If we got a bunch of Dog Fathers together.. maybe get Magnum22 as lead singer, diceman for bass, tedwca's recording equipment.. we could form a ScrapYard Musical Blades Band! yeah.. so i was bored today.. Thats cool... I wonder what frequency they resonate at? Bors

Great, Tony, nothing like the sound of ringing steel. Dog Father has as good a tone as my Spetznatz Shovel! It has a deep bell tone. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

hang it upside down by the lanyard, dan, then get to tapping. you'll hear two notes. there's a tapping lead note and the low drone that resonates.
