YUP, same story here. Got rid of most of the labs/cooks here for a few years, stuff started comin in from Mexico and out west. Prices went up, now local cooks are coming back in business. We are finding a lot of rolling meth labs, using nothing more than two 2 liter plastic bottles and a rubber hose.
