Was gonna take your word for SN but thanks for the links. This one was in the centerfire online catalog. I can't remember if it was Century but they descibed it as having FN parts.

I was working on some paper work that should bring in about $800 so I figured I should spend I before it even showed up. Looks like I'm back to FNAR. Been wanting that for almost 2 years so I should stick to it until I can snag one. If you could check out the Century built FAL before dropping the cash it would be a different. Unfortunately when you order online it's a hit or miss at best.

Seems like century is into slapping guns together. Remember reading a few threads about the cetme having problems. What do you think of the century AK's?

I always would take the hands on approach with them. They also have had a lot of problems with their Tantals.

I had a Century Romanian AK that was just poorly put together. The rear sights were skewed and the wood looked like it was just hammered into place instead of being fitted carefully.
I took some time to fix it up and sold it.
