With all this talk on the DogFather I figured I'd make a post about my scrapper 6. I own and have owned ALOT of knives always looking for something better so I tried the scrapper 6. I've been putting it through some really hard use ever since I got it over here and it just begs for more. I have chopped all kinds of wood, pried doors apart, cut steel ammo cans, and used it for a hammer I don't know how many times. I really think it's the best knife I own for hard use the weight helps out alot.I tried to post pictures of it but these dirty government computers won't let me do any web hosting picture thing. So I emailed them to Tom aka private klink and hopefully if he gets time he'll post them they turned out really good I think. Anyway if haven't used your scrapper 6 yet your misssin out because it's an incredible knife and I'm sure my dogfather will be to when it get's here. I really think that they should make this there flagship knife because it's a size that alo of people would buy and I think that it would make beleivers out of alot of people and get them turned on to these knives. I know a bunch of my buddies are really impressed by mine. Alright well thanks Dan for such a great knife. Happy to hear you are loving your Scrapper 6 joebobz. Just got my Scrapper 6 last week and haven't had a chance to break it in yet. I agree completely that it is the flagship knife of the Scrapyard line. The size, weight, and grind is perfect for an all-around hard use knife. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

The upcoming Dumpster mutt looks like a pretty neat knife as well and I'm interested in finding out which I end up preferring more.

If i had to run naked out of a police station into the forest, and could grab only 1 knife.. Dog Father!

i know what it can do, i know the punishment it can take.
if i needed a smaller companion knife.. i'd just chop a zombie in half and take the knife off its dead body.

I am glad you find the Scrapper 6 to be a great knife. I also love it.

As far as a flagship is concerned, I think it holds even to the Dog Father.

Other knives that I have coming down the road could also be considered in this category.

I really believe it comes down to what you want & like, how you will use it and pushing it on its ability to deliver under all kinds of situation.

The Scrapper 6 is a corner stone.

Thanks for your insight

Dan
