If anything I'm sure that the Scrapper 6 sheath would work just fine - the extra inch wouldn't bother me much anyways!

(I'm still interested in knowing though)

Hmm. Be curious to hear about this as well. Will the extra thickness of the blade cause problems with the scrapper 6 sheath?

1/16" difference. Could be a fair amount depending on how tight the sheath is!

I think this little brute just cries out for a low profile kydex sheath. I had been considering getting an Ont/RAT-5 or TAK to replace the RAT-3 I gave away. I would love a SS4, but who knows when they will be available again. I think this little Mutt with one of Leatherman's kydex sheaths just might do the trick.
