Morning. I opened my two boxes last night. I love the feel of the Dereg Bowie. Feels really right in my hand compared to the Regular Regulator Bowie. TT Regulator is still my favorite but I have used it where I have not used the others so I am holding on a judgment on that.........man those snaps are hard on the fingers.
My Wardens, feel pretty good in hand but I want to wrap para and see how it feels. Very sharp edge. The RMD feels awesome in hand. However, the RMD tan scales are not even close to what my Waki tan was. I put some breakfree and used a dirty towel that had been used to clean an AR bolt and carrier. The scales are a lot darker now but it doesn't have the orange tint of the Waki. No biggy. Now I need sheaths for the Wardens, RMD, and WD's that are coming. Oh yeah, got another Regulator and WD's to show up "soon".

IMO the Regs are like two different knives. (TT/Overun) The Wardens are very nice- but if you have big paws like I do <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />- you will need to get some good wraps on them like MB and others did <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />. Did ya get a Howler ? I actually like it more than the RMDs. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> I am going to mod both and also strip and convex the Regs. On the snaps- just keep working them-they will loosen up <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />.Congrats on your steel Jeff <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />!
