Your sheaths are NOT ugly, they may be inexpensive and they will be very functional. I need to get me one for my S5 Mossy/green! Right now it is residing in a sheath I made for another knive. Paint stir stick liners, covered with leather from an old boot stitched up with an old flat nylon thread I had laying around. Hey, ain't purty but it works. Just hasn't got any kind of a hanger, just slips over the blade.

Scrapyard sheath, Haha, mine is more of a junkpile sheath! But it covers the blade and I have just been stickin in under my belt and only "lost" it twice!

Dumb question, but HOW do you make the thumb ramp on the front of the sheath?

Heat up the sheath a bit right there and push it down with your finger, been trying other ways but that's the easiest
