Bob - about the biggest threat around here - besides dopeheads - is packs of wild dogs. That's why I always carry a .40 S&W and knife, even when mowing. I have always liked the Scout motto: Be Prepared!
We have had a few mt lions and serious hogs here. I carry either a S&W 629 with 4" brl (.44 mag) or a Smith 27 with a 5" brl (37 mag). I want a 3" model Smith 65 for a \true pack gun.

Hey Jrod, that Yard Hook looks a lot better in the picture you took than on the site. I am kinda start to dig it. Just think how many more blades the Bussekin companies would sell if they took pics of the blade outside in usage. Kinda like the video of the Waki.

I opened up the spine a bit, made it easier to put in and take out

I had a yard guard for a minute, feel into a sweet deal on camp tramp right after...the CT just smoked the guard performance-wise and the guard went bye-bye...the tramp remains one my fav!

The guard was a beast...

Thanks Guys- I am looking for something just about like that and it might be the one. Yes- I already carry either the DFLE or the TT Reg strapped to my pack. My cotractor killed a 170 pound cat right on the hill behind the house. I live smack dab in great country plus I hike/jog at least 7 miles per day. Sooner or later I am going to have somewhat of a problem-Thanks Again
Glock 20 10mm more power, more rounds, same price and weight basically.

That does look sweet too . I'll check it out also. I have guns to get rid of that I am not using- so I might just trade some in. We shall see -Thanks
