See you have the 5.7. I really like the round but the gun didn't fit my hand well and the trigger was pretty heavy so I traded it for a 5.7 upper for my AR.

The cell phones definately don't as good a job. Every once in a while I will get a keeper from mine though.

compared to other handguns both the fnp45 and five seven have large grips. i bought the fsn first and got used to it but i have been leaning towards the 45 as my go to pistol because it feels more natural in my hand. i expect the fnx will feel smaller but the fnp40 fell is what pretty much sold me on fnh firearms.

i think i would like 5.7 ar just to have something else that fires the same round. i just really want it to be a sbr for some reason. i guess there's always the ps90 but $$$$...

You can pick up a SBR 5.7 upper. You just have to do a lot of paperwork...

sorry to be clear - you can buy and own them easily without an FFL. The paperwork comes in once you mount it on a receiver that is not a designated pistol receiver.

I have lots of fun with the AR 5.7. No recoil, and because of the design, you can empty out a AR15 mag and when it is inserted into the lower, it collects the used shells.

Reloading is pretty straightforward as well.

dont want it bad enough to spend for it. im thinking i should just get the ps90 if the number gets anywhere close.

The PS90s are great to shoot. Such a great ergonomic design - and really compact. FN just nailed it. However, I had the AR lower already and got the upper for $650 at a gun show so was around half the price of a PS90.

If I didn't have the AR already then there would be no choice.

reloading as in making your own ammo or as in dropping another 50 rounds in?

Making my own ammo. I use Nosler 40 grain ballistic tips with Winchester 231 powder and get pretty decent results.
