rioters cutted civians using machetes. In China,minorities have special advantage of taking blades in the public.but Hans is prohibited. Minorities have many privileges in China.for example,Hans have obligatory family plan,hans can give one birth ，but minorities can give 2 or more births. Many things reverse to foreigh medias' comments
