I'd be more worried about the kydex getting so soft that it re-forms itself around the blade <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />

No offense Andy, but in almost 10 years of making/selling sheaths for folks all over the world (including Alaska, Iceland & Russia )I have never had one come back because of the cold breaking a sheath. Never once. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Must be how they are made & the materials ?

Good to hear. I've never had it happen to me, but I've heard people at the Swamp mention it. Maybe if it's really thin or something? I dunno...
