I sharpened mines with the first 12 hours and ordered leather pants for it. Nothing fancy, just some universal stuff, but it was a good deal.
Once work slows down a bit, I want to really test the steel. Probably do a lot of basic bushcraft stuff.

When I get them, one is going immediately into my tac webbing, and another into my hunting gear/kitchen user/EDC. The other two will be going to my dad and one of my cousins..... I just have to decide which color combos I like the least!

I probably won't do anything until the S5LE is introduced. If the S5LE is in INFI I will probably sell my S5CG.

I actually traded mine before it saw any use. Will be on it's way to a new home on Tuesday. Traded for a DCDM, so I kept it in the family so to speek. I guess I just can't get used to the mudder grip. Oh yeah... I have always wanted a DM.

I just picked up a DMDC off of the Blade Forums and it's my favorite knife.

Snakedoc, that DCDM is on its way to you from NYC! THe S5 that I am getting from Snakedoc will be second one because I liked the first one so much! So far I have used it for kitchen duty, splinter removing, and cutting some paracord. I made some kydex pants for it and wear it all day. It is the perfect combination of light and strong, and I love the SR101 steel. SR101 has proven itself to me very well in my well used Howling Rat first gen that I have beat the snot out of over the years and. The DMDC that is on its way to Snakedoc has a wicked edge on it thanks to Bill Siegle.

Bill's da MAN... I am fortunate enough to have scored one of his 4in S&R blades. The S5 went out today!
 Thanks brother.

Fly to Cali, find the largest redwood I can and carve it up into a toothpick, then show up at Blade West chewing on my new toothpick. If I can't manage that then I'll just keep wearing it everyday as I've been doing. LMAO

I still haven't actually used the s5s for more than slicing paper and shaving arm hair. I dig them a lot, but I am deciding whether to keep both, sell one, sell both when the LE comes out.... I just don't know yet.
I probably won't actually use either of the remaining two until I at least find out how much the LE will cost.
In the meantime, my favorite color, the tanker gray / black, plus a brown Savage sheath, is enroute to my brother's house. I was gonna save it for a Christmas present, but I decided I'd rather have him get some use out of it during the fall hunting and camping seasons.
