BTW, has anyone here tried Barenjager? It’s like mead with a kick! You can see it in that pic next to the small bottle of kalua on the right side. It has a top shaped like a bee hive. It’s from Germany and is 70 proof. It’s nice to add to hot tea and stuff like that. It says it’s traced to the middle ages where it was used to help capture bears that raided beehives by getting them drunk so they were easier to kill. I’ve not seen it in many liquor stores, but it’s pretty good. That little bottle was like $20 I think.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. New South Park on. Gotta go. Ah man. I miss not having cable. I can only see the older re-runs of it on local TV. But, at least it's on every weekday.

I found a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue today for about $226....I am just curious what the hell does this stuff do.....I know I can have a prrreetyyy good time for that much and not suffer a hangover the next morning!

I didn't know that JW Blue was that expensive!! Dan recommended it, but for that price I think I'd rather have 3 of his DM's!!

I'm drinking some protein powder drink mix in some soy milk.
My ex (who is still my closest friend) is a physician, and she just got back from a conference, loaded up with samples. She gave me a sample pack of this drink mix, and asked me to report back to her what I thought of it.
The taste's not bad, but, when they say "mix with cold water" they mean it. I should have followed directions. By mixing it with warm soy milk, it became quite a gelatinous glass of goop.

"I found a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue today for about $226....I am just curious what the hell does this stuff do...." At that price, it would have to do things not suitable to discuss in public.

Evolute - doesn't sound too apetizing brother - but if you like it, thats all that matters!!
I just filed my taxes and WOW!!! I'm getting back about twice as much as I expected. Being a student w/ a family that makes dirt for money can really pay off! I'm getting back almost 1/3 of my year's income in taxes - I only paid in about 1/3 of what I'm getting back... SWEET! Now I'll be able to pay off my car AND credit card (almost $2k worth of that is STEEL!).
Nothing left over to blow on toys, but at least I'll be largely out of debt!!
