I think it the break/angle where the slope starts to occur down towards the edge, It runs length wise and is were the light is catching in the middle of the blade?

Nice job and thanks for showing your work off. I really like the idea of the clipped resc. I was playing around with what you talked about and can see the advantage.

Tewlmakr, Those look awesome. I am still working on mine, but mine won't have the machinist precision of yours. I have the mods done and mainly just trying to get the flats decent looking and final sharpening. I wanted to mostly convex mine, but still leave some flats for a semi-saber look. I will post pics when done. But, I can say I REALLY like my S5 with some minor mods. My S5 feels MIGHTY NICE in the hand right now. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> .
