For them that is still working out wot pants their waki should be wearing, Eric has put up a pic of the Okuden sheath at the shop.
I'm not sure if that is a prototype or the final design.

How is it carried?

Just geussing I'd say you could probably attach a teklock somehow for belt use and it has the slots and eyelets for lashing/strapping on to a pack or similar.

I reckon you could also come up with a really tidy sort of back carry with those lashing slots and a couple of pieces of 1" tape and maybe some fastexes, triglides and the like.
