Hi there Dogs, I am checking in from sunny Az (89 degress in New River today).
The DDF is beautiful. here are some pics. Notice the difference in the saber grinds, the DDF comes down farther.
Also the DDF measures .268" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

Very nice, wish I could have got in on one of those.

sweet pics, mine should be here next week. Do you notice much difference in blade weight with the lower saber grind?

Nice. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I'm dogfatherless at the moment. I'm starting to need one of those.

Someone really needs to sell me a Dog Father. Let me know if you have an extra hanging around that needs to be used. Thanks.

I sold my DFLE a long time ago as I wanted the CG version (for the saber grind) and then missed out when Dan made a small run of them in the store so I am pretty pumped to get this one.

Yes it is more blade heavy, but you have to hold them both at the same time to feel it.

Thanks for looking... I really like the YARD.
Now that I learned how to post pics, hopefully I can join in more.

Just got my Lardoganzza SYDF in tan. I am very pleased. I like this version better than my satin LE DF. Fit and finish top notch.

I sent my tan SYDF to Eric at http://www.mashedcat.com/ for some kydex pants w/slot and thigh strap.

So if you scored one of these beauties in the ganza and need kydex, I'm sure Eric will set you up. Mine will be there a week or so.

I thought that this DDF felt heavier/stouter than the old DF. I was silly and sold my old DF but I'm definitely keeping one of the new DDFs. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Can someone with a non-stripped DF & DDF do a weight/width comparison?
