Polish Moonshine? My grand dad from Kentucky used to make Kentucky corn mash moonshine. That was back in the 20's though!

That sounds good! The Polish moonshine has a birch taste to it from the suger however I now have two bottles of blueberry moonshine to. So all total I have 4 and a half bottles.:)

I use the snifter in the photos with my knives and only have it in small amounts. It is really goood stuff.
