While I've only been a member of this forum since 3/2009, it really seems like much longer. I have had many great conversations here and learned a great deal as well. I had zero Busse-kin knives when I joined and after finding out how they were sold for only limited periods of time...I really thought that I would never get the ones I really wanted. Well, thanks to the following Dawgs, I have been able to acquire all that I wanted and much more. This truly is a great place to hang out.

Thanks to the following Dawgs for helping me acquire some great blades and pants for those blades:

Horn Dog for my Camp Tramp and a Bird Dog. The CT even came with the famous HD full convex work done on it. It is sweet! Thanks HD!

VoxHog for a beautiful DogFather. Now with the DDF, I have two and love them both. Thanks Vox!

Jackell for a SOD and a DCDM - I haven't received them yet but they are ones I've been after. Thanks Jack!

And of course, RainWalker and David Brown for making me some fine pants to go along with most of these. I can HIGHLY recommend both of these guys as they are talented craftsmen and deliver excellent sheaths.

And thanks to all the Dawgs for putting up with my questions and providing great answers as well as fun and interesting conversations about many things, but most importantly, KNIVES!

It's great to be a Dawg!

Ain't it great! For those who lurk and casually drop in but never make the plunge, I hope they see this post. Put in the effort and the Dogs take care of you. Gotta love this place.

I have been helped out by my fellow dogs on several occasions. KSjumpMD, Bruce, Private Klink (Tom), Cold One, Bill, Tolly, and others have helped me acquire models I wanted. I didn't mean to leave anyone out, but so many of the dogs have helped me, I lose track. It IS good to be a dog.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

KS, I know what you mean about great people here and always helping out. Besides steel, leather, and kydex there is the great conversations, and to me that is priceless. On a side note, when I first got sick back in the spring I had a couple guys emailing me with encouraging words at a time I really needed them. This is home!

Men you can't trust, women you can't trust, beasts you can't trust, but Bussekin steel you can trust

Great bunch here for sure . When I was sick back in March- several guys went out of their way to make sure I was OK . You don't see that in other places. The yard in #1 IMO

What a great testimony for the yard..... This is what makes a forum community (or any other for that matter) a place of respect and cooperation...I am proud to be a part of it...

As you have said, the people around here truly complete the whole experience. And I say that to include all the Busse clans. You do not come across many forums that really try to include everyone.
