I finally found the grail knife that I was looking for, at a price that I could manage to swing, and she arrived today! Here's pics...
As far as I can tell she's a 1 of 300 SHBM with original kydex and the sales brochure from Jerry dated June 1999. Yowza! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
The funny thing is that less than 24 hours before this one became available I had posted an "I'll Take It" on another SHBM at Bladeforums. So now I have two of these suckers. Here's a side by side...

The difference is that the 2nd has a completely uncoated spine, tube fasteners, larger talon and rear talon holes, and no swedge. The 1 of 300 has an uncoated handle, screws, smaller talon holes, and swedge combining to make the handle slightly heavier and the blade slightly lighter so that the balance is in the middle of the choil instead of the front of the choil.
