Pics of the little area where I lost my S5. I pretty much just cross the tracks and its a nice chunk of land waiting to be developed. I use to run around in here as a kid but then they leveled it down maybe 15-20 years ago. It's grown back up but most of the trees are around the size of the ones in the pics. You can see a pic of some of the brush similar to what I found myself surrounded by. Doesn't look that bad until everyone of those branches is clawing at you. These are pics on my way in and of the 2 larger clearings in the center. The clearing where I toopithecanthropus pictures of my M9 is where I stopped before heading into the tangles. Those pics are facing south and about 8-10 minutes northeast of here is where I would have to start looking. But first I'm going to look by the fence in he mornig. I just can't wait anymore...

SR M9LE looks bad but that stuff cleans up pretty easy. I really enjoyed using this knife. This won't be he last time it gets this ugly.

Can't say enough about the Buy Brown open spine sheath... It worked out great!

I got up this morning and packed up a few tools just in case it was on the other side of the fence. A couple clothes hangers, some string, and some needle nose pliers. Got to the feild and didn't see anything. Got to the fence and there it was on the other side!!!!!! About 2 feet inside like it probably fell out of my pack while I was trying to get over. I just bent a hanger and snagged it and wiggled it through the fence. Now it's back home! Shouldn't have waited this long to go back and check the fence.

I feel a whole lot better!!!

Outstanding -- it's silly of me, but the primary reason that I don't use my best knives is because I'm afraid of losing them. Instead of having my best gear when I might need to depend on it, I carry "disposable" substitutes, which aren't as reliable.
