I got mine a couple of days ago...love the knife...so light and well balanced...but I did'nt like the thumb ramp just above the choil...it stops me using some grips I usually use for precise work...so I decided to take it off.

Here is the results and many thanks to Jeff for another wonderful sheath...usually kydex can be sliced a little on some of my blades which have a razor sharp edge...but the razor edge on this knife works fine with the sheath...a tribute to Jeff's precision on molding

I love the accessories Jeff has...makes carrying and using the knife so much easier and his clip fitting is perhaps the best of them all...

A really brilliant knife Dan...many thanks...

Looks lovely Peter, I think I'll be asking Jeff for a similar sheath as yours & maybe a crossdraw as well.
Nice mod to the thumb ramp too!

That's a good looking knife, Peter. I think maybe it looks better without the thumb ramp.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I was thinking about a little blade curve like a Yard Guard, maybe even the rounded finger slot. Then maybe a little false edge on the front top, a slightly lower point and maybe even a little higher side grind. Kinda Zero Tolerance 200,300,350 ish.

Ohh but I don't have a belt sander yet, maybe soon... Then I will probably chicken out.

just thinking,

Mick
