The menu's main course is bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, stuffed with garlic and three cheese blend. Seasoned with Thai chili garlic sauce, cracked black pepper, garlic, and sea salt. It's stuffed with garlic, cheddar, jack, and mexican white queso, then wrapped with bacon, which is lightly Cajun seasoned with Tony's. Left it to marinate for a few hours while I prepped the other courses. "No Country for Old Men" was on while I was doing prep...the dog wasn't interested in helping.... Side one was Garlic/Rosemary Red Potatoes w/ bacon. Tossed with EVOO and put on a pan, ready to go in the oven... They went in as soon as the biscuits came out... The tenderloin came out of the oven.... Jeff's M4 is a CMMG upper from Palmetto State Arms, DPMS lower, CTR stock, and Magpul MBUS. And because you'll ask.... KENKEN Junk Yard Dog Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 2,098 Connecticut	How is the Eotech? I went with a decent Aimpoint since my friends use them and I like it. Never tried an Eotech but wanted to. JYD #84 This is my rifle, and that is my SHTF Busse knife.

Eotech is cool. Reticule is easier to pick up than the Aimpoint, and with the "donut of death", it's simple to teach new shooters to "put the ring on the target". [color:"red"]Hey man!
