I invited my brother to dinner tonight.

The menu's main course is bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, stuffed with garlic and three cheese blend.

Seasoned with Thai chili garlic sauce, cracked black pepper, garlic, and sea salt. It's stuffed with garlic, cheddar, jack, and mexican white queso, then wrapped with bacon, which is lightly Cajun seasoned with Tony's. Left it to marinate for a few hours while I prepped the other courses.

"No Country for Old Men" was on while I was doing prep...the dog wasn't interested in helping....

Side one was Garlic/Rosemary Red Potatoes w/ bacon. Tossed with EVOO and put on a pan, ready to go in the oven...

They went in as soon as the biscuits came out...

How is the Eotech? I went with a decent Aimpoint since my friends use them and I like it. Never tried an Eotech but wanted to.

Eotech is cool.

Reticule is easier to pick up than the Aimpoint, and with the "donut of death", it's simple to teach new shooters to "put the ring on the target".

you and your brother, sir, are ridiculous. We'd get along swimmingly. Great set up and + 1 on the EoTech. Like SYKC, I think it's one of the best bang for buck products out there. I run one on one of my AR's and another on my Saiga 12.

Looks like an amazing meal... any time you feel like visiting Georgia, I'll exchange a tour for some of that cooking <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

And excellent choice on the beer...
