I voted for 500 posts simply because it takes some dedication though I realize that there are ways to reach 500 posts quickly for the motivated among us.

I know it didn't take me a year to hit JYD so if I didn't qualify for a patch I'd still be happy to purchase one just to show support for Dan's company and the brotherhood here in the yard.

I voted 500. I am nowhere near that myself but it seems the most fair. I also voted to allow those who did not qualify purchase one. Knowing that it is an out of pocket thank you I would want to up my vote to 1000. Great idea, I just wish I had more time to spend here.
