I have had no response from Wiggitty about his scrapper numbered Le so I think I will start planning my modification of the knife to make it mine. Which of the suggestions do people like and what, if any, have I not thought off but should consider?

How to modify the blade? multiple choice
	Don't do it, the world might end.
	Thin out the edge only.
	Knock off the angle/ridge for the saber grind to make it flatter transition.
	Reprofile the blade to a full-flat grind and thin out the edge.

I think the saber grind is just fine, but if you wanted to knock it back I guess you could. I don't think a full flat is necessary, as the S5 is already so light for its size, and the balance is good.



I'm personally a fan of the thumb ramp, so I'd keep it. I might consider rounding out the choil more though. Not a big fan of the square choils.

I would leave an LE the same. But- I am taking one of my CGs and knocking off the ramp- stripping and " might" be changing the grind. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
