Dang you JJ. That has got to be the nicest Casio I have ever seen. Mine is this one:

Mine takes a beating daily, so I too vouch for their toughness.

Here is my dream watch made of titanium.

Too bad I'm not willing to part with $2,500 to buy one. However, if I was going to spend that kind of dime on a watch, it would be this one. It's as nice looking as any Rolex and I would bet it is 100 times more dependable. Too bad the name Casio is regarded by most of Americans as a "low end" watch. They actually put the same technology into a brand Casio calls Oceanus, just so Americans will consider paying top dollar for their watches.

Do a Google image search of MRG-8100B and be amazed at the build quality of this thing. It even has sensors that detect where the hands are and automatically corrects them down to a 1,000th of a second. It's the F22 Raptor of watches.

I used to wear watches, then stopped when they would die on me. Now I have a couple again over the past year. I have a Raymond Weil, Wittnauer, Lucian Piccard, but I currently wear:

The Casio Pathfinder came in! It might not be the best dress watch but I have been wearing it to work anyway. I wanted to get acustomed to the features etc. Its a pretty handy outdoors. Today I showed a ranch and the compass and altimeter were fun.

I did not see it listed here, check out the Tissot T-Touch. I have the titanium and like it for hiking. It has a compass, altimeter, etc...

The T-touch is pretty sweet. I really like the one my buddy has. The only thing that bugged me about it was the water resistant depth of 30 meters. I don't do anything besides the occasional snorkeling; but I just found all the watches I have had that weren't rated to at least 100 meters seemed to leak. I have never owned a Tissot though!

I actually managed to ruin a pretty nice Tag just taking a dip while fishing one day. Lol, my "nice" watch days are over!

Well any new watch news? I ended up selling my Pathfinder. Right now I am wearing a Timex Ironman but it fits better and is alot more comfortable than the Pathfinder was. Lol, but the Pathfinder is without a doubt the superior watch.

Ideally I guess I'd have something under 40mm with a sapphire crystal. If it had 24mm lugs and a 2824 movement I'd be thrilled. But I'm plenty happy with whats on my wrist for now.
