Yep..the Nylon one from the Yard is, imo, much better than the Kydex one that Yard has offered.  
 Also...they guy selling the sheaths on ebay for 25 bucks..just a heads up that he doesn't space the holes up so that you can add a tek lok, at least he doesn't on the S5LE sheaths. The one I got from him is otherwise well constructed..
The one I got on ebay from that guy for $25.00 takes a tek-lok no problem.

I have the nylon one sold on here for my dogfather and its an excellent sheath for the money.

ABS is fairly cheap if you can find one. Of course they are slightly thicker than the Kydex pants.

I'd go with the duct tape sheath. I just watched the Mythbusters make a cannon and a sailboat out of it so a sheath should work out pretty well. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
