Very cool pics. Can I ask where you got the skull beads? I've been making some paracord lanyards similar to the ones Wilson Tactical offers but I haven't been able to find a good source for cool beads.

The one bead is an emerson knives skull. The other came attached to a lucas Burnley custom knife I ordered.

intel440 - Have you had any work done to the laptop yet? If not, you might be able to get some of the photos off of the drive by using an external enclosure and another computer. Putting it in a zip lock bag in the freezer overnight can also help depending on the failure type as well. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />
