Thank you for the comments. Nate does an awesome job. My AK will probably make a trip for the convex job. The SARsquatch is now the sharpest blade I've ever used. Now if I can just learn how to sharpen a convex edge.
Toast, Yes, the scales are removable. I wanted to be able to take them off.
