Dan & Patti,

I didn't want to pry, but I was hoping you could let us know how your daughter is doing after the harrowing experience only 6 weeks ago.

I don't doubt that both her and the entire family has been on the minds of many members here. You have this habit of making us feel like family when we have the opportunity to deal with you.

Hoping all is well,
Chris

I appreciate the question, Our daughter is doing real well and she just came from the doctors who are very happy with her progress. As a family we have settled into a regiment that is no longer unique.

Thanks for the concern. As they say, if it doesn't kill you it makes you stronger. I now have to ask the next question...what the heck do I do with all this strength.

Dan

Great to hear that things are going well Dan!

Save the strength for when she gets old enough to start dating! It'll probably come in handy then... That or find "convenient" times to work on sharpening your Dog Father.

Very happy to hear that she is well! Don't worry about when she is dating! Two things may happen then, 1. the guys will be so scared of your knives they will have her back by 6 PM or 2. They will start buying your knives and forgot why they were at your house in the first place. Either way take care!!

Good point but she knows that she is not allowed to date until after she is married

Be reasonable now Dan! You should loosen up a bit and change it to "No dating until you are done Med school!"!

You will have to let us know how that works for you... Can we expet a cool commemorative knife at that time?
