I don't think it's a rainwalker sheath, the space between the edge of the kydex and the rivet isn't as consistent as some of the ones I've seen.

That looks like a Rainwalker sheath. I have a couple of them and here is one he made for me for my DM.

Oh, you sure do live in a beautiful part of the country. I spent 3 months in Portland/Clakamas back in 1982 and LOVED IT!
