Those biscuits look great.

No pics of mine, but I had some thinly sliced PrimeRib on cranberry roles. I did a heck of a job cooking a 12lb PrimeRib to medium rare yesterday.

For brunch I had a ham sandwich washed down with iced tea. I can hardly wait for Christmas ham dinner #2 in a little while! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Did a couple prime ribs for dinner. Didn't get pics of breakfast this morning, but it was prime rib, eggs over easy, fried red potato's and toast.

Here are a couple pics of the Prime Rib. The one on the left was oven cooked and the one on the right is the one from my smoker. Ryne didn't want any of the prime rib, just the rib bones.
Pulled the meat when it was 128* internal then tented with foil for half hour until internal was 140* then we chowed down.

Those are some tasty looking biscuits. No pics, but we did whole wheat blueberry pancakes for Christmas and a quiche with homemade crust the day after. On the list for the week are cinnamon roles and a breakfast strata. Forget Christmas dinner, I am going to gain 10 pounds from breakfasts alone.
